Legal Analyst - Specialty Lending​/Real Estate; Remote

• Conduct due diligence and legal research to support lending transactions

• Assist attorneys with various projects and maintain legal files according to retention policies
• Identify and report suspicious activity in accordance with federal and state laws

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant paralegal experience in financial institutions or law firms
• Associate's Degree required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Detailed knowledge of syndicated and securitized lending transactions
• Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in electronic databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Certified Paralegal Certification from an accredited program
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools like Westlaw or Lexis/Nexis
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
