• Manage and oversee caseload of employment litigation cases from initiation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, while representing clients in court or alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on commercial litigation issues, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations pertinent to your cases, and providing strategic insights to clients.
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed on the status of their cases and advising them on legal developments that impact their business interests.

• 7+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Must be admitted to practice law in IL
