Paralegal Estate Planning​/Probate Fort Worth

We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to support attorneys and clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, wills and trust law. The role offers seasoned paralegals a chance to focus on their passion for supporting the legal team while enjoying industry‑leading benefits.

• Draft pleadings.
• Prepare discovery.
• File documents with the court.
• Calendaring.
• Prepare trial exhibits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of estate planning/probate experience in Texas (5+ years preferred).
• Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including MS Office and Google Suite.
• Proficiency with Clio, TxDoc, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive communicator.

• Competitive pay ranging from $40K to $80K, with an attractive billable hour bonus plan paid biweekly (up to $35K additional annually).
