Overview
Remote opportunity - 100% remote part‑time paralegal with asylum law expertise. We are seeking a part-time paralegal with experience in asylum law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized in supporting clients navigating the asylum process.
Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in preparing applications and supporting documents to be uploaded into the EOIR portal (eRop documents), putting a file together for the upload to the portal.
- Draft briefs, motions and correspondence; track deadlines; communicate with government agencies.
- Prior experience in asylum law required.
- Strong writing skills.
- Part time (flexible schedule). Fully remote work 100% of the time in the U.S.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
