Join our team at CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm. With offices across the country, we are dedicated to educating, empowering, and fighting for victims. We are currently seeking a full‑time Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury.

• Drafting complaints and initial discovery
• Forwarding complaints to process servers and monitoring the service of process
• Drafting discovery responses
• Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence
• Drafting and filing standard motions and motion responses
• Calendaring litigation timelines
• Conducting status update calls with clients
• Client update calls
• Sending out and following up on non‑party discovery requests
• Assist in trial preparation

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury
• Experience in drafting complaints, discovery, and motions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fast typing skills preferred; fully digital firm
