Job Overview

Latitude Legal is seeking a California licensed litigation attorney with substantial experience in labor & employment matters for a fully remote position. The role may be an engagement or permanent assignment and involves pretrial litigation work, including discovery, legal research, writing, and drafting pleadings for wage‑and‑hour cases.

• Conduct and respond to discovery and pretrial discovery work.
• Perform legal research and draft legal pleadings.
• Handle wage‑and‑hour and other labor and employment matters.
• Prepare and respond to discovery, research, and pleadings for wage‑hour matters.

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
• Strong pretrial skills, including discovery, research, writing, and pleading drafting.
• Experience with in the labor and employment practice.
• Experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated firm is preferred.
• Good academic credentials.
• Outstanding references.

Annualized pay for contract positions ranges from $140,000 to $200,000, and permanent salaries range from $140,000 to $200,000, based on experience, qualifications, and credentials.
