Job Description

• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Correspond with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Interview and prepare witnesses
• Ensure document accuracy
• Appear in court as required
• Handle all aspects of assigned cases
• Conduct legal research and perform administrative duties

Qualifications

• J.D. degree
• Texas license required
• Family law experience preferred but not mandatory
• Senior Associate role available for attorneys with 5+ years litigation experience
