• Work alongside LPC attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of civil litigation.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third‑chairing in court.
• Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from seasoned mentors.

• Education: Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Experience: 1‑4 years in civil litigation.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; writing proficiency is a plus.
• Attitude: Ready to learn, adaptable, detail and solution‑focused, and resilient in a high‑energy, high‑stakes environment.

• Compensation: Competitive base salary ($90,000 – $145,000), plus bonuses.
