• Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and related correspondence.
• Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders.
• Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases.
• Interview witnesses and prepare them to testify.
• Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared.
• Appear promptly in court on all assigned cases.
• Handle all aspects of assigned cases.
• Perform administrative duties as necessary.
• Conduct legal research for particular issues.

• J.D. degree.
• Missouri license required.
• Family law experience preferred but not required.
• Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience.
