A respected Irvine-based litigation firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join its professional liability group. This role offers the opportunity to take over a stable caseload from a retiring senior attorney and immediately contribute to meaningful, complex litigation on behalf of healthcare professionals.

You’ll manage your own matters, engage in motion work, depositions, and client communication, and work directly with a supportive managing partner known for valuing initiative, professionalism, and accountability. The team maintains a collaborative, respectful environment and is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office setting.

• Salary: $120,000–$200,000+ DOE, with annual bonuses and raises
• Caseload:
  Approx. 20 active files
• Billables:
  Target of 160–200 hours/month, no formal minimum
• Schedule:
  
  In-office for the first 6 months; hybrid option may follow
