Position: Paralegal
Location: Irvine, CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work from home on Fridays)
Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-time

A well‑established personal injury firm in Irvine is seeking a sharp and adaptable Paralegal to support its litigation attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is detail‑oriented, and has a strong foundation in personal injury litigation support.

• Provide comprehensive support to personal injury litigation attorneys
• Manage calendaring, e‑filing, and case/file organization
• Interface with clients and assist with document preparation
• Support trial preparation, discovery, and legal research
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Organize evidence and assist with deposition preparation

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not mandatory
• Prior experience in personal injury litigation strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
