Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm located in downtown Atlanta and is growing rapidly. We are seeking a full‑time Litigation Paralegal.

• Drafting complaints and initial discovery responses.
• Forwarding complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process.
• Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence.
• Drafting and filing standard motions and motion responses.
• Calendaring litigation timelines.
• Conducting status update calls with clients.
• Client update calls.
• Sending out and following up on non‑party discovery requests.
• Assisting in trial preparation.

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury.
• Experience drafting complaints, discovery responses, and motions.
• Strong organizational and calendaring skills.
• Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
• Fast typing skills and proficiency with digital tools.
• Self‑starter with an outgoing, energetic personality.
• Personal injury law experience is required; new applicants with no personal injury background should not apply.
