Join our dynamic and growing law firm in Canyon, Texas, as a transactional attorney. We are seeking a sharp and dedicated attorney to handle a broad range of transactional matters, including real estate, renewable energy, estate planning, contract drafting and review, and general business transactions.

• Real Estate Transactions:
  Handle all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
• Renewable Energy Work:
  Review and negotiate solar, wind, and battery storage leases and related matters.
• Estate Planning:
  Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.
• Contract Drafting and Review:
  Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts for a variety of business and personal matters.
• Business Transactions:
  Assist clients with the formation, acquisition, and sale of businesses, including drafting and reviewing related documents.
• Client Interaction:
  Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional legal advice and service.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on real estate, estate planning, and contract law.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality work.
