Associate Attorney – Real Estate and Business Litigation

Salary Range: $100,000 - $175,000 per year

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

• Work alongside knowledgeable attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of civil litigation.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third‑chairing in court.
• Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from skilled mentors.

• Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Arizona bar admission.
• 1–4 years in civil litigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; writing proficiency is a plus.
• Ready to learn, adaptable, detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and resilient in a high‑energy, high‑stakes environment.
