Please Note: This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.

• Evaluate new cases and prepare preliminary assessments
• Assist the attorney team in crafting and executing case strategies
• Maintain organized and accurate case files
• Communicate case updates to clients
• Serve as the bridge between clients and attorneys
• Coordinate with external professionals as needed
• Conduct legal research and draft documents
• Provide day-to-day support to the legal team

• Minimum 1 year as a Legal Assistant
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

• Bi‑monthly pay (1st & 15th)
• 40 hours per week
