Litigation Paralegal / Legal Secretary – GPAC (Pasadena, TX)

A premier boutique litigation firm with an office in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles is looking for a friendly and collaborative paralegal/legal assistant for litigation and administrative support. This is a 4‑day in‑office and 1‑day at‑home position.

• At least 3+ years of paralegal experience.
• Operate in a fast‑paced litigation environment and support multiple attorneys along with other support staff.
• Balance competing needs of several attorneys and cases.
• Friendly and cooperative attitude, flexible, team player.
• Organized, detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader (required).
• Knowledge of Concordance or other document‑review platforms is a plus.
