We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team providing virtual support to Florida attorneys. This is a remote, contract-based position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with multiple law firms across the state.

• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Assisting with probate and estate planning matters
• Managing deadlines, calendaring, and e-filing through Florida’s court portals
• Supporting attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and client communications

• 3–5 years of experience working in a Florida law firm (litigation experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Family Law Rules
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree not required
