Shanley Price LLP is looking for a new associate or contract attorney. Our predominant practice areas are workers’ compensation insurance defense, regulation, subrogation, and claims consulting. Qualified associate candidates are entitled to participate in our employee benefits plan, including health, dental, group life insurance, 401(k), and gym/health club program matching.
Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, claims consulting, and subrogation. You may also be asked to assist in litigation and other matters as may be assigned by the partners. This is a remote position and the hired attorney will not be required to relocate.
Qualifications
At least 3 years practice in the area of workers' compensation and/or insurance defense litigation is preferred. High attention to detail.
