Mission Recruiting is proud to represent a thriving West LA-based litigation boutique in its search for a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced litigator ready to step into a streamlined, high-efficiency role supported by a comprehensive team. This firm stands apart with its process-driven culture, top-tier legal support departments, and a tight-knit virtual team.
You’ll handle a manageable caseload of approximately 50 files, focusing entirely on litigation, not paperwork. Paralegals, legal assistants, and admin teams handle all non-legal tasks.
- Managing a full PI caseload from intake through trial
- Handling depositions, including expert and lay witnesses
- Leading discovery, motions, and court appearances (primarily virtual)
- Negotiating settlements and participating in mediations
- 7+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Proven trial experience is highly preferred
- Must be licensed in Florida
- Able to independently manage caseload and adapt to an established workflow
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment
