Part-time Family Law paralegal needed for a high-end mediation firm. Remote work is available for candidates who live in California and have CA family law experience. Base pay range is $70.00/hr - $100.00/hr.

About Us:
Well respected family law mediation firm is looking for a part-time family law paralegal to help draft mediation agreements.
Job Details:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- Proven experience in handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Strong research and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal.
