Position: Litigation Attorney
Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid or Remote within California)
Experience: 3+ Years
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This role is open due to expansion and offers flexibility for hybrid or fully remote work for candidates based in California. The ideal candidate will have a solid litigation background, strong writing and analytical skills, and a desire to build long-term professional growth within a collaborative environment.

- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions and participate in mediations and hearings
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex matters
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Demonstrated stability and commitment to professional growth
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
