• Develop and maintain global privacy and data protection compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, FERPA)
• Review, negotiate, and manage privacy-related contractual agreements
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda related to corporate and regulatory compliance matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Assist with corporate governance matters and maintain accurate subsidiary data

• JD/Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in both law firm and in-house legal environments
• Strong background in privacy and corporate law
• Experience managing corporate filings and handling board resolutions for domestic and international subsidiaries
• Working understanding of privacy and data protection laws

• Familiarity with intellectual property, marketing law, and corporate governance principles
• Experience in SaaS or a technology-focused company
• Proficiency in reviewing and redlining commercial contracts
• Familiarity with privacy and corporate compliance platforms
• Experience coordinating with external counsel and global service providers
