MGC is an industry‑leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 with 23 offices across 12 states. We are seeking a partner‑level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training and integration with the team.
Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation. Competitive compensation with generous bonus opportunities. Annual salary range: $90,000–150,000. Must be licensed to practice law in one of the 12 states we operate in currently. Preferable candidates licensed in Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee.

- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

Juris Doctorate (Required)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years; prior insurance coverage experience encouraged (Required)
