• Provide workers' compensation defense services for clients in California, with emphasis on proactive, responsive client service from assignment through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case facts, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with strong written and verbal communication.
• Navigate a fully paperless environment and leverage web-based legal tools to manage cases, billing, and research.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to maintain professional relationships and deliver high-quality results.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.
