The OpportunityWe're seeking a litigator to join our growing practice. This is a fully remote position with genuine work-life balance and competitive compensation (junior litigators can expect about $150,000 base; senior litigators can expect $200,000 base). No billable hours requirements; we measure success by results, not timesheets. A second year associate made $500,000 last year.
What You'll Do- Work on employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims
- Handle a focused caseload of 10-15 matters alongside other talented attorneys, allowing you to provide exceptional representation to every client
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values aggressive advocacy and creative legal strategies
- Participate in our mentorship program, both learning from senior attorneys and contributing to team development

- Litigation experience (employment law preferred but not required for exceptional candidates)
