Key Responsibilities- Oversee a wide spectrum of general litigation cases, especially in construction and business sectors.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Draft, assess, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Offer legal counsel to clients on various topics, ensuring alignment with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the firm's legal team to devise strategies for cases and legal matters.
- Remain updated with the latest legal trends and regulations in general litigation, construction, and business.
- Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- At least 10 years of experience in general litigation, construction, and business law.
- Robust analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to function autonomously and collaboratively.
A hybrid work model is under consideration for this role, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work.
