- Notary Public commission.
- Additional training and certification may be necessary for Mobile Notary Signing Agents, covering notarial procedures, document handling, and legal requirements specific to mobile notarization.
- Completion of training specific to mobile notary services is beneficial, covering topics such as client interaction, document handling, and legal requirements.
- Liability insurance is recommended for added legal protection.
- Essential qualities include legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.
High‑speed Internet connection; dependable computer with camera and microphone; home office set‑up; reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT$125.00–$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
