Location: California

Bradford & Barthel, LLP seeks workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California. Compensation

Base pay range: $100,000 - $220,000 per year.

Job Location

California, United States – Remote/Hybrid (California residency not required).

Responsibilities
  • Defend workers' compensation claims from initial investigation through resolution.
  • Provide proactive, responsive client service and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Research, analyze, and organize case files and prepare exceptional written and verbal communications.
  • Navigate a fully paperless environment and leverage web-based legal tools for case management, billing, and legal research.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing required.
  • Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
