Serve as witnesses for various legal documents, verifying the identities of signing parties and witnessing their signatures to ensure document authenticity and validity.
Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization for a range of documents such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan agreements.
Verify identities and certify documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public commission.
• Legal knowledge, witnessing experience, mobile notary training, communication skills, and professionalism is essential.

Experience in Legal or Administrative Roles:
Previous experience working in legal, administrative, or customer service roles can provide valuable insight into witnessing legal documents and interacting with clients.
Bilingual or Multilingual
