Litigation Paralegal – Employment Defense

Our boutique law firm client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with Employment Defense experience to support a busy and sophisticated litigation practice. The firm offers a fully remote work environment while fostering team connection through periodic in-person gatherings and an annual firm retreat.

• Support employment defense matters (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, or PAGA)
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Handle state and federal e‑filings
• Assist with depositions, trial prep, and discovery management

• 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a strong focus on employment defense
• Experience with wage & hour and PAGA matters preferred
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $125,000 annually
. Pay is affected by geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
