Looking for a Florida-licensed attorney with 6+ years of experience with construction matters. Our firm has experienced significant and aggressive growth over the past few years, and we are seeking a client-service-oriented, full-time construction litigation associate attorney experienced in handling disputes between contractors and owners to join our team as our fourth attorney.

We are Florida's Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners, specializing in custom home builds and major home renovation projects. We provide advice, guidance, and contract drafting services to homeowners before projects, ongoing advice as a Renovation Concierge during projects, and we also perform services for HOAs and Condominium Associations. Our firm offers pre-litigation and litigation services for homeowners and a select group of contractors.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condo Associations regarding their construction projects.
• Actively litigate cases, including handling depositions, attending court hearings, and managing all phases of litigation.
• Draft contracts and negotiate on behalf of homeowners with contractors or other lawyers.

• Florida-licensed attorney with 6+ years of construction-related litigation experience.
• Client-service-oriented with strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Full-time commitment and willingness to generate clients within the firm’s niche.

Compensation: $135,000 - $180,000 yearly, including incentives.
