Litigation Paralegal – Employment Defense (Fully Remote / Southern California)

Fully Remote (Firm based in Southern California)

$95,000 – $125,000 (DOE)

Minimum 500 hours per year

We are seeking a highly experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic and collaborative employment defense team. This is a fully remote position supporting a group of accomplished attorneys in a professional yet close-knit work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation support skills, a stable work history, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional administrative and legal assistance.

• Draft, format, proofread, and electronically file pleadings, motions, and court documents
• Prepare discovery, subpoenas, deposition materials, and trial binders
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and docketing systems
• Organize and manage electronic case files
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization
• Provide general legal assistant and secretarial support to assigned attorneys
• Support two attorneys concurrently

• Minimum 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Stable employment history (no more than 2–3 employers in the past 10 years)
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 – $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
