Litigation Attorney Champaign (Remote except court)

Job Summary:

We are a rapidly growing law firm located in Champaign, IL. We practice family law, civil litigation, estate planning, criminal defense, immigration, and business representation. The firm is seeking a new attorney, including newly licensed attorneys, for a full‑time role. The position is fully remote except for court appearances.

Location: Remote (Champaign, IL)

Salary: $65,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production.

• Practice family law and civil litigation in Central Illinois.
• Partner with experienced attorneys for case strategy and mentorship.
• Maintain a high level of client service and billing efficiency.

• Starting pay: $65,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production.
• Employer covers 50% of health insurance premiums.
• 3% 401(k) employer contribution after the first year.
• 15 days of paid time off.
• Remote work except for court appearances.
• Flexible schedule.

Monday – Friday.
