As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Real Estate Attorney to join their team and support their expanding practice.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide legal advice and representation on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land use, zoning, and development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Work collaboratively with clients, land planners, lenders, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Support dispute resolution related to real estate, including working with litigation teams as needed.

Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
