A better PI role - with purpose, progression and flexibility
CRA Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and expanding Scottish personal injury firm that is genuinely known for doing things the right way - for clients and for its people.
This opportunity will appeal to Personal Injury Solicitors at any level - from newly qualified through to experienced practitioners - who want high-quality pursuer work, meaningful client relationships, and a firm that supports long-term career development without burning people out.
If you're feeling limited by heavy volumes, rigid structures, or a lack of support, this role offers a refreshing alternative.
The OpportunityYou'll join a modern, values-driven practice with strong investment in people, systems, and training. The firm places real emphasis on rehabilitation-led outcomes and client care, rather than simply pushing files to settlement.
You'll manage your own varied pursuer PI caseload, covering both pre-litigation and litigated matters, with the opportunity to gain exposure to more complex and serious injury work as your experience develops.
Support, supervision, and progression are built in - not promised later.

What's on Offer- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working with real flexibility
- 25 days' annual leave (increasing with service)
