Location: Remote (Must reside in Colorado)

Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 base (DOE)

As an Associate Attorney, you will support complex employment and class action matters in state and federal courts while collaborating closely with attorneys across multiple states. This is a high‑ownership role designed for attorneys who can operate independently in a remote environment while maintaining high litigation standards.

• Handle employment, wage‑and‑hour, and consumer class and representative actions
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct written and oral discovery and assist with deposition preparation and strategy
• Appear for hearings, conferences, and motion arguments (virtually and in person as needed)
• Support case strategy, legal research, and analysis related to class certification, dispositive motions, and settlement
• Communicate with clients, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across offices to manage deadlines and case workflows
• Travel occasionally within Colorado or to other jurisdictions for hearings, mediations, or depositions

• Active license to practice law in California or Washington (CA or WA Bar required)
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery and motion practice
• Demonstrated stable employment history (average tenure of 2 years per role)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a remote work environment
• Must reside in Colorado and be comfortable with occasional travel

• Experience with employment law, wage‑and‑hour claims, class actions, or complex litigation
• Prior deposition experience
