• Drafting pleadings
• Preparing discovery
• Filing documents with the court
• Calendaring
• Preparing trial exhibits
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2+ years of estate planning/probate experience in Texas, 5+ years preferred.
• Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent typing skills, computer literacy, including MS Office or Google Suite.
• Proficiency with Clio and TxDoc or similar software.
• Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, remain highly organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive communicator.

Competitive Pay: $40K-$80K with an attractive billable hour bonus plan paid bi-weekly, up to $35K more annually.
