Role Responsibilities:

• Steer litigation cases with autonomy
• Draft, review, and manage critical case documents and proceedings
• Deliver exceptional client service in mediations, discoveries, and court
• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
• Ability to strategize and understand the legal process

Candidate Profile:

• LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized institution
• A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• At least 4 years of litigation experience in labour, employment, human rights, and corporate commercial litigation
• Strong verbal and written English;
  French is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team remotely
