Role Responsibilities:

Steer litigation cases with autonomy

Draft, review, and manage critical case documents and proceedings

Deliver exceptional client service in mediations, discoveries, and court

Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality

Ability to strategize and understand the legal process

Candidate Profile:

LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized institution

A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

At least 4 years of litigation experience in labour, employment, human rights, and corporate commercial litigation

Strong verbal and written English;
French is a plus

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team remotely
