Commercial Contracts Lawyer Full-time Remote working Our client, a Local Authority based in the home counties is seeking a locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on a remote working, locum basis. Our client is anticipating this contract will be ongoing for a minimum period of 6 months. Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:
The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for advising on, negotiating, and drafting a range of contracts and agreements, which may include;
Public health contracts Construction and building contracts IT contracts Framework agreements Concession Contracts Collaboration Agreements Funding Agreements
