Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm is seeking to add an associate or partner level attorney with 3-7+ years' of experience to our team in Scottsdale. You must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.
Prior insurance defense experience is preferred as this position will focus on bodily injury and first party/bad faith. Must have motion or law experience or be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in AZ, additional licensure in other States is a plus.
