Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury (Remote)

We are recruiting for experienced Litigation Attorneys for our client, a growing plaintiffs personal injury practice based in Dallas, TX. The firm represents its clients with empathy and respect, focusing on their mission to provide top‑tier legal services and improve the lives of those they represent.

Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney:

As a litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include:

• Filing lawsuits
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Participating in mediation
• Handling all aspects of the litigation process

Requirements for the Litigation Attorney position:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials
• 1st chair trial experience is preferred
• MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS
• Expertise in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception through litigation to trial or settlement
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience interacting directly with clients, evaluating cases, and counseling clients on legal matters professionally.
• Comfortable working with other attorneys and litigation team members, while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• Bilingual skills are not required but are a plus rafting motions and memoranda
