Infrastructure Finance and Programmes / Net Zero – Edinburgh (Assignment 17004)

• Lead legal support for Net Zero Buildings team, focusing on heat networks, public sector decarbonization, and innovative funding models.
• Requires 4+ years’ PQE. Provide legal and commercial guidance on heat network projects, collaborating with public / private sectors to align with Scotland’s Net Zero goals.
• Engage in policy development, stakeholder management, and project support, from feasibility to business case development and procurement.

Commercial Contracts – Edinburgh (Assignment 17027)

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing, risk management, and compliance.
• Requires 3+ years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial contracts and the ability to work independently.
• Fixed-term (3 months), primarily office-based with some flexibility.

Interim Legal Counsel – Edinburgh (Assignment 16975)

• Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.
• Work closely with the CFO, handling board resolutions and compliance matters.
• Requires 2+ years’ PQE. Part-time (3-4 days per week), hybrid model with 50% remote work.

Part-time Legal Counsel – Glasgow (Assignment 16498)

• Review client contracts, support major negotiations, and provide risk management advice.
• Requires 5+ years’ PQE with strong knowledge of commercial contracts and regulatory obligations.
• Part-time (2-3 days in-office), flexible working arrangements available.

Contracts (Technology) – Glasgow (Assignment 16980)

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related contracts, including software licensing and digital transformation projects.
• Requires 5+ years’ PQE in IT or commercial contracts, with expertise in IP, data protection, and information security.
• Full-time or part-time (4 days per week), working closely with procurement and legal teams.

Commercial Contracts – Glasgow (Assignment 13866)

• Handle commercial contracts, outsourcing, and supplier agreements within an in-house retail function.
• Requires 3-5+ years’ PQE in commercial contracts, tech, and intellectual property (especially media-related).
• Flexible location :
  Glasgow-based, hybrid, or fully remote, with part-time (4-day week) options available.

Business Banking – Glasgow (Assignment 17046)

• Provide legal support on Business Banking products, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Set strategy, manage resources, and advise senior management on legal and regulatory risks.
• Requires 5+ years’ PQE in financial services, with expertise in risk management and EU regulations. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
