Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: West Midlands / Remote (home working)

Salary: GBP 45,000 – GBP 55,000 DOE

PQE: 2+ years

This forward‑thinking, conveyancing practice is looking to appoint a dynamic and self‑motivated Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload using the firm's proprietary digital platform, be empowered to progress their career, and receive support and rewards for their effort.

The Candidate
:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a conveyancing transaction from start to finish, under supervision and a natural flair for being organised, hardworking and motivated.
