Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP is seeking a Partner – Corporate, Finance and Securities for a position based in Sacramento, CA. The successful candidate must have a J.D. in Law and 60 months (5 years) of experience as an Associate Attorney, be licensed to practice law in the State of California, be proficient in Mandarin Chinese, and have at least one year of experience advising foreign public companies on cross‑border transactions, U.S. corporate and securities financial laws, and equity financing.

Remote work is possible up to three days per week.

• Work with domestic and foreign companies in different industries to complete public offerings or private placements in the U.S., ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and other state and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
• Advise public and private companies with operations primarily in Southeast Asia and China, both domestic and foreign, on a broad range of corporate, transactional, and securities matters, including securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financings, and general corporate matters.

• J.D. in Law.
• 60 months of experience as an Associate Attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• At least one year of experience advising foreign public companies on cross‑border transactions, U.S. corporate and securities financial laws, and equity financing.
