This is a full‑time remote position for a Senior Level Family Law Associate Attorney. The role involves handling family law matters including litigation, drafting legal motions, participating in depositions, and addressing various legal issues. The attorney will also be responsible for managing client cases, providing excellent legal counsel, and collaborating with the team to develop legal strategies.

• Strong background in Family Law and expertise in handling related legal issues
• Experience with preparing and drafting motions and conducting depositions
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting legal statutes and procedures
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission (Illinois license preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a self‑motivated approach to remote work
• Prior experience in a senior‑level legal role or family law practice is highly advantageous
