Associate Attorney/ 100% Remote in AZ or UT / Civil Litigation

Our law firm is seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Associate Attorney to join our team on a full‑time, 100% remote basis. The candidate will be an essential part of our team, providing high‑quality legal services to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment where you will have the chance to grow professionally while working on challenging cases.

• Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including commercial litigation and insurance litigation.
• Handle and litigate complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
• Stay informed about current legislation and regulations that may affect our clients.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to explain legal options, provide advice, and answer questions about their case.
• Construction defect cases may be assigned depending on the candidate's experience and interest.

• Must be barred in Arizona, Utah or New Mexico and does not need to live in that state.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney.
• Proven experience in legal advice, legal assistance, depositions, and commercial litigation.
• Experience in handling and litigating complex bodily/personal injury, Insurance Defense and wrongful death cases.
• Familiarity with construction defect cases is a plus, but not required.
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
