This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estate Planning Paralegal, based in Lake Forest, IL, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. The Estate Planning Paralegal will handle responsibilities such as preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing legal documents, and assisting with the overall management of client matters. The role requires close collaboration with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate handling of estate planning cases and related legal matters.

• Strong foundation in Law and expertise in Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Research and Document Review processes
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and attorneys
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and diligent in meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in using legal research platforms and document management tools is preferred
• Paralegal certifications or relevant educational background in legal studies
• Experience in estate planning and/or business law is a strong advantage
