A bit about us:

Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeking to add a Real Estate Attorney to their team. An Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Real Estate Lending experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience representing commercial banks making complex commercial loans. If you have experience handling affordable housing transactions, that is a PLUS!

Job Details

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Transactional Real Estate Lending experience
• Experience representing Banks
• Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey is a PLUS
• Experience with one of the following:

1)

Experience with complex commercial loans secured by real property (construction loans, and term debt)
2)
AND/OR

Experience with Affordable Housing Transactions, which includes:

• Experience with deals financed directly with a
  1) bank construction loan or
  2) bank letter of credit (LOC) securing bonds issued by HDC or HFA bonds.
• Experience with IRC section 42 tax credit equity
