This role offers a wide range of challenging litigation work, managing various phases of litigation for assigned cases, overseeing all phases of discovery, appearing before state and federal courts, performing legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, developing facts, making legal arguments, and reporting case updates to managing attorneys and clients in defense of our clients. You will develop strategies for litigated matters including commercial, regulatory, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and insurance-coverage matters.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation.
• Strong research and writing capabilities are a must.
• Ideal candidate has significant experience and developed talent in trial and deposition, legal writing, and legal research.
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina.
